FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We require 3 weeks notice for all cake, cupcake, cookie and macaron orders. For wedding cakes, we ask for 3-4 months notice! Please note, during high cake seasons, the earlier an order is placed, the better! Cake tastings are available for cake orders for an additional cost. We reserve the right to take orders on a first come, first serve basis.

  • In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Our cakes and desserts are best eaten at room temperature. We recommend leaving our desserts on a flat surface at room temperature for 2-3 hrs before eating. Uncut cakes can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. Uneaten cupcakes can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days. If your cake has already been cut, we advise storing it in an airtight container!

  • We are located on the Southside of Edmonton. The address will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

  • Delivery is available at an extra cost, price varies based on location, size of order and if set up is required. Delivery is also available based on our availability, so if you require delivery, please book early! Unfortunately, we can only deliver to Edmonton, St.Albert and Sherwood Park at this time.

  • All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If your order is under $50 we require the full payment to secure your order. All payments must be sent through e-transfer, no cash or credit card payments are accept at this time. The remaining balance is due one week before your event date. All orders are non-existent until the deposit/payment is received. 

  • It depends on the severity of the allergy. Please state any allergies in our inquiry form.

  • Unfortunately, at this time we are still perfecting our vegan, lactose free and gluten free cakes! However, if you have any of the above dietary restrictions please contact us as we'd love to have you involved during the testing stage.
